Chief Justice Martha Koome decries reduced funding for Judiciary

Chief Justice Martha Koome has decried the reduced judiciary funding which she says has been cut by nearly 50% in the last 3 financial years, terming it an impediment to the administration of justice. The CJ noted that that the judiciary has registered an upward trajectory in the administration of justice despite the crippling budgetary constraints.
