Devolved units have been urged to improve revenue forecasting to qualify for grants under the Kenya Devolution Support Program to enhance county projects. Program Coordinator Samuel Nyaga says counties have been slow in making proper revenue estimations which is a key requirement for disbursement of funds to support county projects.
