A family from Kwamutonga village in Kitui County is crying for justice following the murder of their kin by suspected camel herders along the Kitui – Tana River border. 50-year-old Pius Ndaka was killed while herding livestock in 2023. His body was discovered partially devoured by wild animals. Area locals and leaders have urged the government to beef up security along the border of the two Counties to avert similar incidents.
