Embattled agriculture cabinet secretary Mithika Linturi today emotionally put his defense before the national assembly select committee against a motion of impeachment filed by Bumula legislator Jack Wamboka. Linturi who has denied all the allegations has continuously linked his woes to Aldai member of parliament Marianne Kitany who is believed to be his ex-lover while maintaining he cannot take responsibility for the fake fertilizer scandal as he is not involved in procurement and distribution of agricultural inputs.
