DAP-K party officials have come out to condemn majority leader Kimani Ichungw'a for attacking Trans Nzoia Governor George Natembeya.
Speaking in Bungoma County, the leaders slammed Ichungw'a's reckless remarks, accusing him of trying to destroy Natembeya's reputation by linking him to abductions and killings under former president Kenyatta regime. The outburst, made during the funeral of National Assembly speaker Moses Wetangula’s mother, has sent shockwaves through local politics and ignited furious backlash from Natembeya's supporters. The leaders have termed the accusations as unfounded and malicious.
