Uchunguzi huo unaangazia sakata inayohusisha ulipaji wa shilingi bilioni-1.5 kwa huduma ambazo hazikutolewa. Gavana huyo leo asubuhi aliandikisha taarifa katika afisi za tume hiyo jijini Nakuru.Oparesheni ya tume ya EACC iliyofanyika katika kaunti za Nairobi na Bomet, pia iliwalenga wanakandarasi wawili wanaodaiwa kuhusika katika sakata hiyo.
