A Dutch national convicted for defilement in Netherlands wants a deportation request by Dutch Authorities halted claiming to be under treatment for a terminal illness. Jacobus Brouwer who was arrested last week told the court that he can’t stand trial at the moment as he is too weak and requires around the clock medical attention.
