Educational stakeholders have been urged to reassess and revise policies governing internships and attachments for university students. Robert Manyala, CEO of Robisearch, a tech and innovation company emphasized the need for universities to allow students access to external internships after graduation. He says this, will bridge the growing gap between academic qualifications and the skills demanded by the present job market. He highlighted the challenges many graduates face in securing jobs despite holding degrees.
