The mid-rift town that is the scene of the murder of a youthful government critic and political activist Richard Otieno; and tonight the family of the slain activist is saying the late Otieno was a marked man over his fierce criticism of the government and local leadership. Otieno's wife, Margaret Mwihaki says her late husband had complained of being trailed by three people last week on Thursday and had also been attacked last year in November by people he claimed were associates of a local politician, a matter which is still in court.
