The Kenyan Peasants League are expressing dissatisfaction with the High Court Ruling lifting the ban on importation and open cultivation of genetically modified foods in Kenya.According to them, the High Court dismissed the case without taking into account their reservations saying they will be moving to the court of appeal. They also pledged to sensitize farmers and Kenyans on the effects of genetically modified organisms calling on Kenyans to reject the GMO products.
