Fernandes Barasa leads Kakamega residents in candlelight vigil for Raila Odinga

The Governor of Kakamega County, who also serves as the ODM Party Chairperson in the county, Fernandes Barasa, led residents in lighting candles in memory of Baba, while pledging that the county would provide several vehicles to transport residents to attend Baba’s burial in Bondo.
