    Former Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission chief executive officer, James Oswago, has suffered a major setback after the high court upheld his conviction. Oswago was found guilty of irregularly awarding a tender worth 1.3 billion shillings for the supply of voter materials in the 2013 general election.
