The government has deployed 70 information communication and technology experts across the 47 counties to help address the teething problems bedeviling registration and uptake of the new social health insurance fund. Principal Secretary State Department Medical Services Harry kimutai also revealed that special committees headed by County commissioners and County Executive Members of committees will spearhead the sensitization activity across the counties to ensure more Kenyans enroll on the platform.
