Tonight the Ministry of Health is set to launch the Social Health Authority (SHA) tomorrow, October 1st, as a replacement for the National Health Insurance Fund (NHIF). However, the ministry has come under sharp criticism from the National Assembly Departmental Committee on Health, chaired by Robert Pukose, for what members see as a lack of preparedness and transparency in the rollout process.
