High court rejects bid to halt auction of Kuria’s property

The former Health Cabinet Secretary Susan Nakhumicha now says she was not aware of the former deputy president's interference with the procurement process in the sh3.7b mosquito nets scandal, which saw the global fund pull the plug on the process, citing corruption.
