Inua Jamii beneficiaries with Mpesa challenges to call 1533 for help

The government is dedicated to overcoming the challenges hindering the transition of the Inua Jamii cash transfer programme from commercial banks to the mobile banking platform. Principal Secretary for Social protection and senior citizens’ affairs Joseph Motari while responding to concerns raised by beneficiaries says the government will deploy required technical and financial resources to ensure a seamless transition.
