Judges and magistrates in Migori County, have launched a countywide sensitization training aimed at equipping chiefs and their assistants with a better understanding of judicial processes. The initiative, conducted at the sub-county level, seeks to improve efficiency in legal proceedings and promote alternative dispute resolutions. Lady Justice Anne Onginjo speaking at one of the training sessions at the Migori High Court emphasized that the program is designed to minimize delays in obtaining crucial information, particularly in land and succession cases.
