Kajiado County is set to roll out the One Health Care Approach Strategic Plan 2025-2030, a comprehensive strategy aimed at improving public health by addressing the interconnectedness of human, animal, and environmental health. Speaking at a three-day sensitization workshop for Kajiado County Assembly members, Kajiado County Assembly Speaker Hon. Justus Ng’ossor expressed optimism that the strategic plan would enhance coordination among different departments, ensuring better service delivery for residents. He noted that once implemented, the strategy will help establish sustainable healthcare financing by incorporating health, water and environment, agriculture, and fisheries into a unified framework.
