Sang anasema kuwa wakfu huo pia umezindua mpango wa unasihi wa unaolenga kuhakikisha wanafunzi wanasalia shuleni, kuboresha masomo, na kuwapa ujuzi kitaaluma. Mpango huo utawafaidi wanafunzi 370 kila mwaka.
