Kenya, Guinea-Bissau And Comoros Have Signed An MoU To Offer Scholarships
The Ministry of Education has announced agreements with other African nations to offer scholarships to students from those countries. Education Cabinet Secretary Julius Migos Ogamba confirmed that Kenya has already entered into a memorandum of understanding with Guinea-Bissau and Comoros.
