The Kenya National Examinations Council has warned the public against falling victim to fake question papers leakage, saying strict measures have been put in place to deliver transparent and credible national exams. KNEC CEO Dr. David Njengere said the council has enhanced security by continuing with double collection of KCSE papers, installing 25 more storage containers, and personalizing question papers to eliminate marking bias.
