Haya yanajiri huku maelfu ya wanaharakati wa mabadiliko ya tabianchi wakiandamana mjini Baku kushinikiza mataifa yaliyostawi kutuma ruzuku zaidi kwa mataifa ambayo hayajaendelea na ambayo bado yanakabiliwa na athari nyingi za mabadiliko ya hali ya hewa.
