KUCCPS CEO, Dr.Agnes Wahome : We have clearly marked in our system that colour green is for public universities and red/pink for courses in private universities. So when you select a programme under private universities, the system tells you if you have selected a programme that is not eligible for govt scholarship. After placing the students, we allow transfers from private to public and vice versa.
