Teachers in Teso North and South say schools along the border are facing a management crisis as a result of high population of students. According to the teacher’s lack of birth certificates have seen many of them miss out on Nemis registration and consequently miss out on government capitation.Teso South MP Mary Emase acknowledged the problem among schools along the border saying she will take up the matter with the ministry of interior to ensure there is mobile registrations services over this long holidays to enable children obtain birth certificates before the new academic calendar of 2025.
