LOCALS URGED TO EMBRACE DOMESTIC TOURISM IN SIAYA

Residents of Siaya and neighbouring counties have been urged to take advantage of subsidized rates to visit numerous tourism attraction sites in Siaya as the county joins the international community in marking the International Tourism Week. According to Siaya County’s chief officer for tourism, culture, sports and arts, Judith Oyugi, the county has several sites, among them Got Ramogi, the home of the Luo patriarch that both domestic and international tourists can enjoy.
