Lonyangapuo calls for an end to bloodshed along the Turkana-WestPokot border

West Pokot and Turkana governors have been urged to be at the forefront of resolving the border disputes and killings by bringing their people together to stop further loss of lives. Former West Pokot Governor Prof. John Lonyangapuo has expressed concern over runaway killings, despite a drop in livestock theft as was previously the case. He said that such criminality should be stopped immediately before it spirals out of control.
