Mahakama ya Siaya imewaachiliwa kwa dhamana walimu kumi na watatu wa shule ya upili ya nyamninia waliokamatwa kwa madai ya kuhusika katika udanganyifu wa mitihani ya kitaifa ya shule za sekondari mnamo Jumatatu. Hakimu Jacob Mkala aliwatoza bondi ya shilingi laki moja kila mmoja na mdhamini wa kiasi sawia. Kulingana na ripoti za polisi, makachero walipata chapa za nakala nne za mitihani iliyokuwa na majibu mikononi mwa msimamizi wa mitihani huku mmoja wa watahiniwa aking'ang'ana kutafuna nakala nyingine.
