A man has been arraigned at the Makadara Law Court for allegedly defrauding a businessman Ksh1.7m. Nicholas Owuor, a former employee at a local energy company is alleged to have used the details of the company to unlawfully receive payment for fuel which he never delivered. Principal Magistrate Irene Mugo released Owuor on a bond of Ksh.600,000 or cash bail of Ksh.400,000.
