Manduku: Kenyans must stay vigilant, track IEBC candidates and challenge unqualified names if needed

"We need to have a level of confidence and give credit to the fact that the IEBC interviews are being aired live. Kenyans should be vigilant and observe the performance of each IEBC candidate with the aim of creating a parallel scorecard.
