A section of Kibiko community land members in Ngong, Kajiado County , have petitioned the Government to halt an ongoing title deed processing exercise, citing alleged fraud, leadership wrangles and unresolved disputes over ownership.According to the residents, the escalating tension and conflict between the genuine land owners and alleged land grabbers have turned into a security threat in the area. The residents now want the Ministry of Lands investigated for involvement in the fraud scheme and illegal subdivision of the land.
