'Money Fest' Matatu On Spotlight: NTSA Has Impounded Two PSV’s Flaunting Traffic Rules

The National Transport and Safety Authority on Thursday impounded two public service matatu’s, after they were captured on camera flouting traffic rules.

As shown on this amateur video, two men are seen sitting on the front edge of this bus popularly known as 'money fest', with the bus speeding while overtaking other motorists along the Karen-Rongai Road.
