Residents of Mwingi in Kitui county have been urged to take cancer screening tests for early detection of any signs of cancer.Speaking during a cancer screening exercise in the county, medics highlighted the importance of the tests stressing that early diagnosis and treatment would significantly reduce cancer related deaths. The free cancer screening is part of a cancer awareness campaign during the cancer awareness month.
