Kenya, through the National Authority for the campaign against Drug Abuse (NACADA), has launched a community-based rehabilitation framework for substance use disorder. Presiding over the launch, PS for internal security Raymond Omollo emphasised the negative impact of substance abuse in kenya, especially among the youth. Present for the launch were young reformed sug users.
