Stakeholders championing alcohol-abuse control want the government to devise stricter measures to suppress alcohol consumption in the country due to the socio-economic ramifications of the commodity. Led by the National Authority for the Campaign Against Alcohol and Drug Abuse- NACADA, the stakeholders are also calling upon parents to closely monitor their children's conduct during the long-festive season to prevent them from falling victims to the harmful practice...NACADA in collaboration with partners among them the international institute for legislative affairs have in the meantime launched a campaign dubbed "Reset Alcohol" in effort to deter the abuse of alcohol and related drugs
