Kakamega County Woman Representative Elsie Muhanda has urged the government to implement the recommendations of the National Dialogue Committee, popularly known as NADCO report. Speaking at Panpaper Grounds in Lugari during the distribution of farm inputs to local farmers, Muhanda stated that the report which proposes the creation of positions of prime minister and official leader of the opposition will help to ease political tensions by fostering national unity and reconciliation. She also encouraged young people to acquire national identity cards and register as voters, following President William Ruto’s decision to scrap the KSh 300 fee.
