This comes as they sign another one-year performance contract.Ntutu spoke at the Narok County Offices during the signing of contracts for all County Executive Committee (CEC) members and Chief Officers. The contracting will hold them accountable for their performance, while giving the Governor the leeway to dismiss whoever fails to perform their responsibilities.
