Youth Affairs Creative Economy and Sports Cabinet Secretary Kipchumba Murkomen wants the National Youth Council Steering Committee to ensure the voices of the youth are heard across the country during the National Youth Council elections to be held between 7th and 25th February next year. Speaking after unveiling the polls steering committee, Murkomen said the elections that were last held in 2012, will enable the youth determine the direction of youth programs across the country.
