NCBA Group Ties Kenya’s Economic Outlook at 5.1% in 2024
A turnaround of fortunes in agricultural output, particularly in the first quarter of 2023, and resilience in services have been the main drivers of the anticipated 4.9% GDP growth rate for 2023.
In contrast, the Central Bank of Kenya (CBK) projects that the economy would expand by 5.5% in 2023 and about 6.0% in 2024.
