As the world observes 16 days of activism against Gender-Based Violence, the National Council of Churches of Kenya has convened a male engagement forum in Embu County to bring attention to cases of men experiencing GBV.NCCK Embu County Chair, Bishop Stephen Njogu says the three-day forum will seek answers to why male cases receive less attention and how to turn around societal judgements. Bishop Njogu said they plan to organize outreach programs to establish strong communication systems towards reporting and alleviating GBV cases.
