Parents have been urged to activate parental control measures on digital devices used by their children during the festivities to avoid exposing them to an array of risks.According to Liza Chelule ,Nakuru Woman Representative the digital space offers great learning opportunities but parents ought to make sure they monitor content their children are consuming online. She said that digital spaces have been associated with the infringement of children rights. Chelule highlighted this during the issuance of National Government Affirmative Action fund bursary cheques amounting to 10million shillings to learners from 11 Sub counties in Nakuru county.
