Embattled Pastor Ezekiel Odero has failed to stop the deregistration of his church New Life Prayer Centre at the Court of Appeal. While dismissing the appeal, Appellate Court Judges led by its President Justices Daniel Musinga, Kathurima M'inoti and Mwaniki Gachoka ruled that Odero and other church officials had not exhausted other alternative dispute resolution mechanisms provided by the law before resulting to the courts.
