The Judicial Service Commission has acknowledged receipt of a petition against Chief Justice Martha Koome and six other judges of the Supreme Court of kenya. according to JSC Vice chairperson Isaac Ruto, the petition dated 10th January was filed by former Law Society of kenya president Nelson Havi. Koome’s tenure has recently been marred with turbulence amid allegations of massive corruption from a section of city lawyers
