Interior Cabinet Secretary, Kipchumba Murkomen, has said police have arrested several people and impounded vehicles after Nairobi County officials dumped waste at Stima Plaza in a retaliatory attack. Speaking during a press briefing today, Murkomen said police arrested the suspected perpetrators for questioning after Kenya power made a report. The CS has condemned the act describing it a threat to public health.
