Leaders and experts have raised concerns over the increasing number of unemployed graduates in the country attributing it to poor choice of courses at higher learning institutions. Gatundu North Member of Parliament Elijah Njoroge Kururia noted that acquiring technical skills will help address the challenge of unemployment among youth. The stakeholders averred that the youth must explore TVET training adding that technical skills are pivotal in transforming Kenya into an industrialized, middle-income country.
