President William Ruto has started his one-week Coastal tour today witnessing the arrival of Norwegian Dawn cruise ship vessel at the port of Mombasa with 2200 tourists and over 1000 crew ship members on board. Ruto has attributed the growth in the tourism sector to good cooperation between stakeholders with records showing revenue collection of 450 billion shillings from over 7 million domestic and international tourists who visited the country in 2024.
