President William Ruto has called for the decongestion of Nairobi and 5 other major towns and cities in the country through the expansion of municipalities during the launch of the second kenya urban support program. The initiative is strategically designed to fortify urban institutions' capacities and enhance the delivery and resilience of urban infrastructure and services. The President plans to get 530 million dollars in funding for the project from the World Bank.
