Tonight, tensions in the Eastern Democratic Republic of Congo have sparked urgent diplomatic action, as leaders from across the African continent come together to address one of the region’s most pressing conflicts.
A joint summit of the Southern African Development Community (SADC) and the East African Community (EAC) will take place in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania.
