President William Ruto has today exuded much confidence in the new universal health coverage ( UHC) program implemented by his administration. The president noted small hitches ailing the new uhc program such as huge loans by the previous National Health Insurance Fund ( NHIF) program, a problem he said his governmnt is committed to solve. The president, however, lauded the program stating it has adequate funds to provide proper medicare to all the kenyans. The head of state was in Samburu county for the second edition of the MAA cultural event festival where he further urged all the communities in the country to embrace their cultures.
