PS Muthoni: Through SHA we have gazetted that the bed cover has been increased from Ksh. 4,000 to Ksh. 28,000. On oncology, through SHA people have been complaining, because we had put a Ksh. 300,000 allocation, but right now, it has increased to Ksh. 500,000 because we understood the suffering that Kenyans were going through.
