PS Raymond Omollo builds new house for 73-year-old partially blind widow in Homa Bay

Internal Security and National Administration Principal Secretary Dr. Raymond Omollo through his Widows Empowerment Program has extended support to a 73-year-old partially blind widow in Rangwe constituency, Homa Bay County by constructing a new house for her. She had been living in a dilapidated house with a leaking roof before receiving the assistance.
